Farfetch Has Acquired London’s Browns Boutique

The store located at Mayfair was founded and run by the Burstein family and will go through major changes with the new acquisition. According to WWD, Farfetch is planning to experiment with the physical store with splicing online and offline retail. The details also include Farfetch purchasing 100% of the boutique even though further news have not been shared about the merger.
